Rick and the team did an outstanding job in responding to the water leak I had in my home. The team promptly addressed the issue and provided needed info to get the approval from the Insurance company. With their experience, they made it look like it was so easy to fix the water leak and contain the damages to the home. I will highly recommend their services! This month was the second time 911 Restoration came to our rescue. Two years ago it was a huge job when our sump pump failed. They cleaned us up, dried us up, replaced baseboard and carpet and saved all our valuable possessions. They also worked with our insurance company so everyone was on the same page and we are fully reimbursed. This time the damage was not as extensive, so Rick and Brooke listened to us and agreed just to dry the area, remediate the problem, and accomplish all this with the least fuss necessary. They are also great and mindful of our pets. They are professional, effective and a delight to work with. We highly recommend them.
